ORDER PROCESSING

Standard Ordersfor in-stock products will ship SAME DAY if received by 2:00 P.M. Eastern time on Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will ship on THE FOLLOWING business day.

Rush Orders or Overnight Ordersmust be received no later than 1:00 P.M. to assure same day shipping. Any overnight orders received after1:00PM ET Monday through Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will ship THE FOLLOWING business day.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:

Your approved payment options for online orders are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

U.S.currency or certified funds will be accepted for products picked up at A-AirOnline Distribution Centers.

Orders prepaid by Cashier’s Check or U.S. Post Office Money Orders will ship upon receipt.

Orders prepaid by Personal or Business Checks will be held for shipment until checks are cleared and payment received.

NO CODs or Third Party orders accepted. Any order shipped to an address other than the credit card's billingaddress is considered a Third Party order (unless the address is listed as a verified "Ship to" address with the credit card issuing bank).

ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:

Your approved online payment option is A-AirOnline’s PayPal account, sales@a-aironline.com.

All other orders must be prepaid via bank wire transfer. Wire transfesr are accepted in U.S. FUNDS ONLY. Wire transfer instructions will be made available via e-mail upon request.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Requests to return unused, undamaged merchandise, for credit or refund, MUST be made within ten (10) business days of the original shipping date. The following procedures MUST be followed or returns will be denied.

• Returns MUSTbe accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued by A-AirOnline. Requests for RMAs must be made by letter, e-mail or fax. Phone requests for RMAs are not accepted.
• All returns must be shipped FREIGHT PREPAID to A-AirOnline within ten (10) business days of issue date of the RMA.
• Returns must be in original packaging, unused, in saleable condition and returned with the original invoice. Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Orders cancelled after items have been processed or invoiced are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
• Returned merchandise will be inspected by A-AirOnlineupon receipt. If returned goods do not satisfy the criteria set forth above, credit will be denied and the customer notified of that decision.
• No refunds will be issued for used items returned.
• No refunds will be issued for shipping costs, labor costs, related products costs, or refrigerant costs.
• Returned merchandise not accepted for credit will, upon customer's request, be returned freight collect or otherwise scrapped within twenty (20) business days of the date of notification.
• Refunds will be credited to the original purchase’s credit card or by A-AirOnline company check. Customers with open accounts will be issued a credit to their account.
• A-Airmakes no claim to the accuracy of the application data on our website. Applications are offered for reference only. If in doubt as to accuracy, please call A-AirOnline direct. A-AirOnline will, to the best of our ability, replace any incorrectly shipped product with the correct product.
